I began my legal career as a criminal prosecutor, where I gained extensive trial experience handling a broad range of criminal matters. That role demanded precision, decisiveness, and strong advocacy—skills that continue to inform my approach to litigation and negotiation today.

Following my time in the criminal division, I transitioned to the civil side of the same office, where I represented the county government in a wide range of legal matters. During that time, I developed substantial experience in contract drafting and negotiation, and I advised various government departments on complex legal issues involving public policy, liability, and regulatory compliance. This role required not only a strong command of the law, but also a pragmatic understanding of how legal risk and government operations intersect.
